Vera was wonderful from start to finish! great communication throughout the whole process, showed up on time (10 minutes early to be exact!) did a stellar job on my whole house, it felt so good to come home to such a beautiful clean home! Will definitely recommend and request Vera again 😊

Like I said in my last review, she is the whole reason, the cleaning bill is sooooo worth it!!!!! Don't walk, RUN TO BOOK HER AGAIN!! Super fast, super professional, super thorough and friendly and my place smells AMAZING!!!

Overall she was quick and did a great job with the bathtub and stove. However, she kept changing her expected arrival time so we had to keep waiting (original time was 9 but didn’t come until 12:30). she also didn’t use the right cleaner for the mirrors so they foggy. Did an ok job on floors and surfaces.

Antoinette arrived a day early. She did well but I do not appreciate that she came in a day in advance, and I did not want to be rude by refusing her.

My reason for hiring her was simply not just the standard cleanup; the house has been neglected for quite sometime and it will take several consistent visits to put it in shape. During her first visit to my home sonya stated paying attention to detail was high on her list; it was most certinly true when she began her work. She is completely thorough and lives up to her word.

Tahjire communicated well and did a good job, particularly removing the stains in the tub. He also helped put my Xmas boxes up and away.

Elena did an adequate job. She did not clean the family room carpet or the kitchen laminate flooring. She left without telling me she was leaving so that I could go over her work with her.

Evelyn was very prompt, actually arrived early and was personable. She had all supplies, didn't request any cleaning products from me. She cleaned two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, plus kitchen and living areas in the allotted 3 hours. Everything looked clean without any harsh odors. A few missed tasks (bed, mirrors, microwave) that are usually included thus, I didn't ask specifically beforehand.

Vickie was on time, personable, efficient, saw what needed to be done and got it completed. I was impressed with her work ethic.
