Cleaning was decent, but bathroom counter items were not wiped / cleaned, and the trash was left behind in the bathroom and kitchen trash cans. I’d still give her another try, since she was really nice and meant well.

HE AND HIS TEAM WERE PHENOMENAL! The cleaning was 5 star hotel standard. they were extremely nice people and efficient. Their energy is extremely calming, receptive, and they did not bother me at all. i even treated them to starbucks… it was a great first impression for me to start using this service in my new place.

Did a decent job but I expected more. The shower wasn't cleaned well, so I had to go back and clean it myself. I was really disappointed about that. That was the main issue. Most things were dusted, except for a few; I wanted them wiped down.

Cecilia arrived late and stay only for 5 of 6 hours booked. She didn’t finish cleaning the house only did 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, TV room and dinning room. The 3 bedrooms and the other bathroom were not done. What she cleaned she did ivery good, no complains there but the job was not finished.

The house was left in excellent condition. I booked a 3-hour visit, and she accomplished so much while paying attention to the small details. The bathrooms were spotless, the appliances were shining, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful hotel-style touches with the decorative toilet paper and hand towel folding!

Crystal was meticulously detailed and thorough with her cleaning. She communicated well before, during, and after the appointment which was great. I really appreciated her willingness to complete the tasks at hand despite the fact that I was unable to get back to her during the appointment because I was at work.

everything looked nice, but she wasn’t great at time management. I had to ask her to move onto the next areas, I had to ask her to make the bed, I had to remind her of the time to make sure she had time to mop. There were also areas that were dusty that she did not clean.

Pavlo arrived on time which was great. However, he was instructed to concentrate on cleaning the 1.5 baths and the floors of an apartment. After 2 hours, the bathrooms weren't completed and he spent a bunch of time cleaning baseboards/molding which wasn't asked of him.

Luz was fabulous. She got right to work, was efficient with her time, and the whole house smells clean now. I asked her to sanitize, wipe down surfaces, dust, vacuum, and mop. Now I could eat off the floor!
