She did arrive about three hours late, but she did a great job once she got here and my home looked great afterward. Cleaning went well. It was not Haley who showed up - it was her boyfriend which I didn’t realize until the end of the shift when I looked back at my app and asked him about it. He was friendly and did a pretty decent job - not extremely detailed clean but satisfied enough.
