I told her about some items that I wanted her to give special attention to (the front of the toilets and a small glass shelf unit in the bathrooms) . I had to have her clean them again, She did notify me that she would be an hour and a half later (11:30 instead of 10 am) . However, she didn’t arrive until 12:30.

Everything turned out so great, will be scheduling again! Really appreciate the flexibility in scheduling as well!
