She did arrive about three hours late, but she did a great job once she got here and my home looked great afterward. Sebastian did a really nice job on my cleaning. He was very polite and very thorough. The only thing that I was a little bummed about was that it took him two hours just to do two bathrooms. They were done very throughly but I have had other cleaners do a sufficient job and still be able to get to my kitchen.

Cleaning went well. It was not Haley who showed up - it was her boyfriend which I didn’t realize until the end of the shift when I looked back at my app and asked him about it. He was friendly and did a pretty decent job - not extremely detailed clean but satisfied enough.

It didn't take long for her to finish our baseboards and took suggestions well on what to clean to finish our scheduled time.
