Hi! My name is Shara. I’ve been cleaning since 2004. I’m ADHD and cleaning has always been something I can hyper focus on. I’m fast, I’m efficient, I see cobwebs and I won’t heave your wooden floors by over mopping them. I clean every inch of the showers every time regardless of wether or not I think they’ve been used. I’m 48 years old so I’m not interested in drama nor am i interested in being spoken down to. I like things simple. I treat everyone with respect and i expect the same in return. There are no exceptions. I can be trusted to make your place look fabulous. I just need to know when the job needs to be done, where it’s located and access to the unit. I do not like 15 digit door codes and I don’t like standing outside with all my belongings trying to make phone calls to get into a job I’ve been asked to do. I will bring all of my own supplies. I don’t ignore entrance areas. I will bring my leaf blower for the dust and cobwebs that everyone else walks passed. I end everything with my mini shop vac wandering around for any random dust or hairs that may have resettled. I start from the top and work my way down. I’m the one that dusts all the ceilings and corners, the one that will dust every book on the shelf, will run my shop vac all through the shoe collection that’s built up at the door, sometimes I’ll vacuum your dryer vent out, maybe I’ll run a hand brush along the edge of your carpets so that line of dust comes up to be vacuumed. I’ve spent years perfecting this cleaning stuff and I’ve got my routine down so your in good hands. My rate is higher but I can get so much more done then most so its worth it. I assume everyone in the world has cameras so I act accordingly at every job. I’ve worked with some pretty loud and embarassing people. I am not one of them. I go in and clean and leave. I won’t be there trying to make friends with your neighbors. I live in the Eagle River area but I don’t mind anchorage or the valley. And just to make you aware this job does really start long before we get there. Restocking all the supplies, emptying out all our vacuums and constantly keeping up servicing them and cutting all that lovely long hair out of the brushes constantly, a lot of my places are 30+ minute drives away from home, I’m always at the laundry mat washing my towels and the last time I got pulled over the officer asked me if I lived in my vehicle so if there’s an extra 20 minutes when I’m loading up at someone’s place and it’s spotless, I’m going to round my time up. Now you know. I won’t squabble over time. Speaking of time I’m ADHD like I mentioned which literally makes it impossible for me to be on time and I’ll let you schedule me for 8am, but I’m gonna be there at 10am. There is no explanation for it but once I arrive there is no time wasted and I’m staying the booked time unless you cut it short. Not super punctual though but I’m working on it. I got tired of apologizing for that a long time ago. Thank you. I look forward to cleaning for you.
