she did not show up nor even reply to my msg or pick up my call or even notify me she was not going to show up. that was not professional at all.

She was fast, friendly but she didn’t have any cleaning equipment. We had to use everything what I have available. No cleaning cloth, so we almost used 2 bounty rolls. That is fine but not professional.

Raynold cleaned my apartment and I was not happy with the results , he left trash out and the floors were still dirty . I paid extra to have the sheets washed and they were still wet and the duvet was not put on . I had a guest coming and they were so disappointed when they arrived at how dirty the apartment was . Raynold offered to come back but but that time it was too late .
