She did a good job cleaning. However she spent 3 hours and had to leave because her son was sick. She said she would come back the following day, and didn't show up. I text her the Sunday, she responded her son was still sick and she would return to finish the cleaning on Tuesday... I have not heard or seen her again.

He’s a fine young man. Driven to work hard, focused on his studies in order to get a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He did a great job, and even if he didn’t I would still give him 5 stars having his priorities straight. He did had a good attention to detail, and he was clearly motivated to do his best. Veronica did an excellent job but accrued over the time despite my repeated reminders that I could not have her stay more than 2 and half hours. This put me in an uncomfortable position because now I was forced out of my budget for this week’s cleaning. Veronica has to respect the set time as agreed. If going over then she needs to stop and get approval for any additional time.
