With Juanita (Roxy) I don't have to specify anything and she gets everything I could possibly want cleaned, thoroughly done. Juanita was amazing! It was my first time having a home cleaner come in and she made me feel comfortable and talked to me through the process. She diligently and thoroughly went above and beyond on my five bedroom, two-story house all by herself and did a fantastic job! The only thing none of us really can stand is the vinegar smell but it looks really good. It is clean it is fresh. I do need help getting under the beds, but I understood the time was of the essence at that point.

She supposed to work from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Arrived at 10:15, wanted to leave at 1:00 pm but I had work to do so she ended up leaving at 1:40 pm. My house is new and mostly clean so I don’t understand why she was having a hard time doing a 4 hour job. She didn’t bring her vacuum cleaner.

Aura was amazing, thourough and fast. I live out in the middle of nowhere and she did run late but that is to be expected. Its a long drive and presenting a cleaning window may be a better setup, which is why I did not take away any stars from my review. As someone who has worked a delivery job, drive time is the hardest to determine.
