She is AMAZING! Hands down the best cleaner I've ever had. I do not micromanage well so it's a challenge for me to try and detail out what I want done when I have a cleaner come. With Juanita (Roxy) I don't have to specify anything and she gets everything I could possibly want cleaned, thoroughly done. If you're looking for attention to detail, efficiency, and speed, she's your girl!

Juanita was amazing! It was my first time having a home cleaner come in and she made me feel comfortable and talked to me through the process. She diligently and thoroughly went above and beyond on my five bedroom, two-story house all by herself and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend her and will be hiring her every time I need a cleaner!

The only thing none of us really can stand is the vinegar smell but it looks really good. It is clean it is fresh. I do need help getting under the beds, but I understood the time was of the essence at that point.

She was very thorough and worked quickly. Despite my son coming into talk her ear off she was very polite and courteous to him. I am glad to have made her acquaintance. In future I would consider her.

Shirley is wonderful! My home hadn't been cleaned like this for several years and she was so efficient in the way she worked around the house and was very organized in how she did things.

She supposed to work from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Arrived at 10:15, wanted to leave at 1:00 pm but I had work to do so she ended up leaving at 1:40 pm. My house is new and mostly clean so I don’t understand why she was having a hard time doing a 4 hour job. She didn’t bring her vacuum cleaner.

What got done was very thorough with attention to deep cleaning. Cost was more than expected. Friendly and a great attitude.

Our fridge looks amazing! She helped catch up on some chores I have fallen behind on. Worked very effectively while I was away, and was cleaned up before I made it home.

Kahlia's work was OK but not thorough i.e. the blind she cleaned still had a dead fly on it and the shower & tub had places that were obviously not clean and the bathroom floor was not mopped.

Kara didn’t empty trash in bathrooms. Didn’t clean/ mop bathroom floors. She only vacumed them. The mirrors were very streaked.

Delana always does an excellent job, but I did NOT request priority service and did NOT authorize an extra fee for priority service. I want an immediate refund of the Priority Service charge.
