She was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond. I have 2 dogs in my house, there was not a stray dog hair around. Plus my house smelled great when she left.

I think he did a good job given what he was working with (supply wise), I am not sure he had all that was needed for the cleaning.

Edwin is fast and productive and took care of the little things. I have used many cleaners and my expectations are high BUT Edwin exceeded them ALL!!!! There were a few details (unwiped kitchen countertop, trash left by the door, and a rug not replaced) that I noticed after his departure, but cleaning the ceiling fan was a huge plus. I waited and waisted my day to have a no show and a no call. This happened twice and then rescheduled by computer generated twice before I had a housekeeper. Again Contance was awesome!!!

Barbara is a lovely woman and I enjoyed talking with her. Also, I was perfectly at ease having her and her son (who came along with her - he's 12) in my home. Despite the fact that I had booked her for 6 hours, she got stuck on a few places and could not finish the house. Half of it was left undone. Perhaps next time it will work out better for both of us.
