When the general tasks were done that we requested before the cleaning, she asked if there was anything else. Would highly recommend her to anyone else. My only problem is that Tina was on her telephone the entire time that she was here I would prefer that would not happen while she is cleaning

Please explain why you have increased your rate from 20 - 25 per hour. As well as how I was billed for 3 hours. You arrived @ 8:15 and left @ 9;30, so I would think with a 2 person crew that is 2 hours of work.

Tina saved the day! My originally assigned cleaner had to cancel last minute, and Tina was extremely responsive and able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. On top of that, she was very professional and kind. She completed an amazing job, even getting rid of some stubborn soap scum that I could never get rid of myself! Highly recommend.

Kee cleaned very well the areas he cleaned, but missed dusting in a few areas. He also did not clean bathroom countertop or toilet. He appears to need to be specifically told what to clean. He just needs some experience. A Very personable chap.

I don’t know if 3 hours isn’t enough to clean our home well , but there were lots Of surfaces that didn’t get touched — Especially for dusting . Also, things that got moved for cleaning ( trash cans, bathroom scale) did not get put back in their original position. I think I would like to try another cleaner next month to compare ! Thanks
