She called to say she’d be late, which was fine, but she was over an hour late, which messed up my afternoon schedule.

Please explain why you have increased your rate from 20 - 25 per hour. As well as how I was billed for 3 hours. You arrived @ 8:15 and left @ 9;30, so I would think with a 2 person crew that is 2 hours of work.

Tina saved the day! My originally assigned cleaner had to cancel last minute, and Tina was extremely responsive and able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. On top of that, she was very professional and kind. She completed an amazing job, even getting rid of some stubborn soap scum that I could never get rid of myself! Highly recommend.

Shelly is amazing! Her attention to detail is phenomenal. By far the best cleaner we have had. She also cleans really fast. She even left a candle for us!! A++

She did a great job all in a short window of time. The only thing I would note is I think the bathroom floor was missed for mopping but otherwise everything got done!

Kee cleaned very well the areas he cleaned, but missed dusting in a few areas. He also did not clean bathroom countertop or toilet. He appears to need to be specifically told what to clean. He just needs some experience. A Very personable chap.

I don’t know if 3 hours isn’t enough to clean our home well , but there were lots Of surfaces that didn’t get touched — Especially for dusting . Also, things that got moved for cleaning ( trash cans, bathroom scale) did not get put back in their original position. I think I would like to try another cleaner next month to compare ! Thanks

AMAZING job. Completely above what I expected. Not only did she get some things cleaner than any other service has in years but she also went above and beyond in multiple areas. We operate an airnnb and we’re in a pinch as we were out of town when a new booking came in. Nevada got the unit ready for us and went over and beyond. When he discovered we were out of laundry detergent he even went to the store and got some for us so he can finish the job.
