There were areas of the house that were such a mess I let him know it was optional, if he didn't want to touch it that was fine -BUT! He even took care of those areas for me. She did a good job cleaning most things, but I did notice that the master bath had some smears on counters and mirrors, as well as some dusty areas on the floor. I'm sure if I had noticed these things while she was still present, she would have fixed them. I would definitely try her again.
