Did not clean the main bathroom floor as requested. Do not understand why I paid him directly and the company. I would rather just deal with paying him directly and not have to deal with HOMEAGLOW at all. Company doesn't seem reputable at all.

Very nice woman and she been here regularly and knows my animals knows what to do knows where everything is and gets down to business and everything is shiny and pretty and clean when I get home. It’s wonderful wonderful wonderful thank you Melissa.

The things that were cleaned were done mostly well. Uncommon things got cleaned like the fridge, screens, and hvac. Some basic stuff was missed like the kitchen counters and parts of the floor. They offered to come back though.

Chantel is perhaps one of most Pleasant, ,efficient, and hardest working cleaners I’ve ever encountered.

Yvonne was great she did everything I asked and was so quick and friendly I enjoyed having her help me I was little embarrassed because of the mess in the kitchen but she made quick work of it.

There were a couple things you missed doing (taking the bars of soap in the shower on the ledge & cleaning under them & there were a pair of glasses on the floor behind the garbage can in the bathroom that were not picked up). Other then that, you did good. Thank you. You are very personable & I enjoyed talking to you.

So fast! She did a beautiful job on our large and tricky shower. She completed 3 bathrooms and our wood floors in the timeframe! We would definitely have her back.

Jay did a great job. She was very efficient and my master bath, as well as my mirrors throughout my home, have never looked better. Only one item I pointed out was missed, but was minor.

So pleased with what was accomplished today. I had originally signed up for 3 hours every other week and have already changed to 4 hours every week.

Travis does an amazing job. I am thoroughly pleased with his work ethics. He arrives I. Time and stays the entire time. He does not rush through he really goes that extra mile to make sure you are happy with the cleaning. Has a charming personality and very respectful. I highly recommend Travis for cleaning.
