the bathrooms were quite clean. However she vacuumed the tile fold before mopping, there was still “stuff” all over, if she is going to use the vacuum she should turn the brushes off so it doesn’t sling the dirt to the edges of the room.

Laura arrived on time. Communicated proactively in the beginning. But what supposed to be just 2 hour job took longer and charge me without communication. When I questioned it she didn’t answer but she fixed the charges. I found out after, one of my duvet cover zipper is ripped. Cleaning itself is all good.

Thank you Jamie! Had to rebook, she was two hours late the first time and almost two hours late for our rebook. The house looks clean although there were a few things out of place when they left, not a big deal. We have a large house and they even stayed a bit longer to ensure it was done. Overall pretty happy with it.
