He was not able to complete everything that I wanted done. He had asked me about some moldy pizza crust I had, but he did not ask about the rotten veggies in the fridge.

Denise is great! She works hard and fast. In-depth cleaning, reorganizing, she can do it all! My kitchen and bathrooms were a hot mess, and I am so happy with the results!

The cleaner that was sent was very friendly and hard working. She did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate my needs. I was hoping she could get a bit more done in the 6 hours she was scheduled.

Slim is a good cleaner, but he said he would come at time and date requested (April 17 at 8:30), but the night before said he could not come, but would work on Sunday. We said "no" to Sunday and he asked to come Monday at 11:00. We asked for him to come at 8:30. He said he would try for 10:00. He came at 11:00. We prefer Daniel or Naomi for cleaners because they are good and do come by 9:00.

this is the first time I used this service and I was not disappointed. Andrea is a gem! Right when she booked the job, she asked about preferences in cleaning supplies which was thoughtful. She showed up on time and was just very sweet and friendly. my home feels so good because you can tell she took her time and she did so much dusting which was my main focus! Neibis has cleaned my apartment a couple of times. She is very quick and works well without a lot of direction. For the most part she’s thorough but I do occasionally find areas that still have dust or counters that don’t seem wiped.

She was great! she had all the equipment and supplies to do the job very well and was very thorough. I highly recommend her and will request her next time!

heidy was punctual, respectful and polite. she arrived all set and ready to get to work. I showed her around the areas where I need her helped cleaned and she got started almost immediately. she worked really diligently and I was happy with the results. It was a job well done.

VERY fast. 2b/2ba ~1500 sq ft loft space she completed in 3 hrs. However the quality definitely showed as a quick job, not much attention to detail.

I appreciate that my kitchen and bathroom was cleaned in two hours. but I am disappointed that I needed to remop the floors, vacuum the living room and dining room rugs, and clean the living room. I understand maybe two hours want enough time. I just would have preferred the rooms to be vacuumed. and the floors to look more clean.
