she did an amazing job Rugs were actually vacuumed and they looked great and looked clean. I’ve had a clean service before you could see that it was vacuumed, but it just look like it pushed the dirt around. I would Love for her to do my next cleaning as well

Poor communication- I tried to clarify a few things that were priority where we had been messaging ( his first message reply was at 2am) and no responses and these things weren’t done. I would have been fine if he could have explained there wasn’t time or just communicated better. The floors look really good.

Kenya understood the request of cleaning the bathrooms but she seemed to work a little slow going over by 30 minutes and still missing parts of each bathroom (didn't clean the mirrors.) I am very pleased with how each of the tubs and showers look though.
