Michelle never fails to disappoint. She did it again, This was the second time Michelle was at my house and she cleaned it just as good as she did the first time.

Diego was very pleasant to have come to my home. He was very professional and did a fantastic job. I'd love to have him come to my home again.

Our home was in serious need of some TLC – dust bunnies, hair, sticky stove, soap scum… you name it, we had it. But after James worked his magic, our home sparkles. Communication was easy and professional, and James was prompt, friendly, and respectful. Definitely requesting him again!

Very nice girl my downstairs smelled clean and fresh even tho the mudroom wasn't done. My upstairs even tho looked clean didn't smell clean and fresh like the downstairs.

Lisa did a fabulous job in cleaning my livingroom, dining, kitchen and bathroom. She did a deep cleaning including the windows, front door, screen door glass, vacuuming the livingroom, dining room, hallway and stairs. The bathroom is sparkling! She's also very helpful and friendly!

Brenda does a good job and is very thorough, but she works a bit slowly. She spent about an hour and a half on 30 square feet of empty space on my first floor. If she could pick up the pace, I think she'd be even more effective.

Kevra was very professional, yet very personable. She did an exemplary cleaning job and worked around us as if she was not there. My wife asked for the service to be scheduled, and my wife is not easily impressed. My wife was very happy after the cleaning was done. Kevra's service was like getting a car detailing but for an apartment... Lol. 5 star service!

Carl is a very efficient worker with a great get-it-done work ethic. Cleaning our bunnies' cage may have been a new assignment but he took on the task with no problem and did an excellent job. He got a lot done for us with the three hours we had him. We would definitely have him back.

Not a super smooth start but Bierka did a fantastic job. She detailed a lot of places that were missed last time by another cleaner. Her skill set allowed her to clean 3000+ sqft in under 6 hours. I will request her again.

Neique did an excellent job. She asked me what I expected of her. Everything I asked her to do she did. When she dusted she really dusted. Did not dust around items. She even dusted the bathrooms without me telling her. She is definitely an asset to Homeaglow. I will definitely be hiring her again to clean our house.

Jeri was really good at cleaning and even did more than expected. Initially there was a language barrier, but once we resolved that issue we could move forward. However, it was a little frustrating at the beginning, and due to the sudden time change, the day before, it threw us off my schedule. Looking forward to having him come back.

Next time you can take the trash put, and wash all the dishes if the is no place to dry you can organize the dry dishes

Would give a 4.5. Cleaning was very good but there were a few visible spots left on oven and soap dishes were not cleaned , etc. Marisa and her associate arrived two hours late and once Marisa got her associate set up, she left to, I guess, take care of another client. Associate did not speak hardly any English and I would have preferred to have Marissa and see how she did.
