Joyceanne was great. She had her own cleaning products which made my kitchen look new! I wish the app worked better with communication.

Mark did a very good job. He got the job on short notice and communicated he was running behind. Got here right when he said he would. He covered a lot of ground and was my thorough than my previous cleaner who cleaned fewer areas than him.

Chris showed up on time. He got to work. He worked continually until he was finished. He was personable when speaking. I would recommend him to anyone. He did an excellent job.

She is so very sweet! Our house smelled amazing! Not the full 5 stars because the main floor of our house wasn't that dirty but she spent the entire 4 hours just om the main floor not a single thing was cleaned upstairs. I would've appreciated if she spent 2 hours upstairs 2 hours downstairs.

Cabana is so friendly and knew exactly what to do and how to tackle my tiny apartment that's has too much stuff in it and did a wonderful amazing job highly recommend her but not on my appointment days please. 😆

He did a good job and was friendly. Himeglow should better educate clients on the process. Edwin didn’t have a bucket and enough rags for flr washing. The only reason he had a vacuum with him was because I stressed I need a good vacuum because mine broke. He was great… Honeglow needs to ask more questions so the cleaner can be better prepared

Tiffany was great! We had Christmas decorations out but hadn’t had the chance to put them out properly and Tiffany put them out very nicely instead of just cleaning around them. I told her how keeping things organized was difficult and she organized my pantry, linem closet and my daughter’s room. She was very friendly and personable. Ravin is not a detail cleaner but if you have specific details you want cleaned, it is best to request it or make a checklist. Overall, my home is cleaner after she finishes than before she started.
