Tracie went above and beyond what we asked. She is clearly an experienced cleaner. She brought all her own supplies but made space to use our products if we had preferred. Will gladly book with her again!

Heidi is very thorough with her work, she has a pleasing personality and committed. Only thing to improve can be the pace of work but she is new in business and that may improve with time. It was great working with her and I would love to have her again.

Trash can wasn't cleaned in the kitchen and the area under the sink was not cleaned. Shower curtain was not cleaned so I washed it. Otherwise it's sufficient.

We had a move-out cleaning job scheduled with Roxanne. She really did the works and we are happy & our leasing agents are happy we returned them a clean apartment. She took notes of all the rooms and did the cleaning systematically. Liked the work overall.
