Missy cleaned our bathrooms very well. However, she cleaned a bathtub/shower that I mentioned didn't need to be cleaned. She also did not sweep our floor before mopping so there were still crumbs on it afterwards.

If there was anything she was unsure about (it was her first time here), she confirmed with me first. She has gained a new customer, and I highly recommend her.
