Hector arrived early! He said he thought I only wanted oven and shower cleaned. This was a misunderstanding on my part. I wanted everything offered on the app explaination of work preformed. I asked Hector to vacuum and he did so. Hector had to use my vacuum because he said he was not expecting to need one. I need to be more specific that I want the full service offered. loved her so much. Your company sent her way to early!! she was sent at 8 am and she wasn't suppose to be there till 11. My husband works at night and was sleeping!!! I have no idea why you would say it was ok!!!! You need to make this right. Nicole did nothing wrong.

I was under the impression that this was a whole house cleaning. The bathroom that she cleaned completely and the partial cleaning of a second bathroom was excellent. This was our first experience with outside cleaners. Perhaps we expected too much.

I would highly recommend Eva. She reached out to me before cleaning to see what I wanted done, was early to her appointment, and did a thorough job with everything we had discussed. I highly recommend her!!
