Hector arrived early! He said he thought I only wanted oven and shower cleaned. This was a misunderstanding on my part. I wanted everything offered on the app explaination of work preformed. I asked Hector to vacuum and he did so. Hector had to use my vacuum because he said he was not expecting to need one. I need to be more specific that I want the full service offered. Michelle did an excellent job of cleaning. Was almost on time. She got lost for a few minutes. Was so good to have her here. We already have our next appointment scheduled so I will look forward to seeing her. She even got a dog stain out of the carpet.

Farrah was efficient and her work was outstanding. She remembered to call me when she arrived in order to have my dogs away from the entrance where Farrah comes into my residence. She and my dogs were compatible and she didn't mind them roaming free while she cleaned.

We absolutely love having Trish here for the 3rd time! We hope to have her help for a very long time. Trish just jumps in and does what she sees that needs to be done while also doing what was asked of her. She has never refused to do something asked of her even though she has that option. We are so thankful for such a hard working gentle soul!!🥰

Very nice Hard working person Great 👍 He is doing deep cleaning putting so much effort. So that’s why he takes more time. I just wanted a touch up cleaning, but he did deep cleaning took him 5 hours for only downstairs. No time for upstairs. So anyone want hard work and deep cleaning chose him. More hours more money 💴. I was under the impression that this was a whole house cleaning. The bathroom that she cleaned completely and the partial cleaning of a second bathroom was excellent. This was our first experience with outside cleaners. Perhaps we expected too much.
