some areas, especially in the kitchen and dining room, were not cleaned properly. the kitchen counters were wiped but the kitchen backsplash, the microwave top, and Ari d the door window were not cleaned.

Trash can wasn't cleaned in the kitchen and the area under the sink was not cleaned. Shower curtain was not cleaned so I washed it. Otherwise it's sufficient.

I left to go to work at 1;00. Larry was there until 1:30. When I got home from work several floors had not been done. Sitting in my living room i could see total dust on my dining room table, the chairs were not done, 3 end tables were not done. I told him 2 of my 3 bedrooms did not need done I do not understand. If more time is required I will add more time.

I felt overwhelmed doing it my self and coming home to see the magic she did made me feel like the weight of the world was off my shoulders. This one has you in good hands if she is assigned to you.

We had a move-out cleaning job scheduled with Roxanne. She really did the works and we are happy & our leasing agents are happy we returned them a clean apartment. She took notes of all the rooms and did the cleaning systematically. Liked the work overall.
