Hector arrived early! He said he thought I only wanted oven and shower cleaned. This was a misunderstanding on my part. I wanted everything offered on the app explaination of work preformed. I asked Hector to vacuum and he did so. Hector had to use my vacuum because he said he was not expecting to need one. I need to be more specific that I want the full service offered. Michelle did an excellent job of cleaning. Was almost on time. She got lost for a few minutes. Was so good to have her here. We already have our next appointment scheduled so I will look forward to seeing her. She even got a dog stain out of the carpet.

She is a wonderful young lady. She takes this job seriously and she's very conscientious and a great personality. She cleans better Then some people I have had in the past. ever had in the past.

I was under the impression that this was a whole house cleaning. The bathroom that she cleaned completely and the partial cleaning of a second bathroom was excellent. This was our first experience with outside cleaners. Perhaps we expected too much.
