Hector arrived early! He said he thought I only wanted oven and shower cleaned. This was a misunderstanding on my part. I wanted everything offered on the app explaination of work preformed. I asked Hector to vacuum and he did so. Hector had to use my vacuum because he said he was not expecting to need one. I need to be more specific that I want the full service offered. I was under the impression that this was a whole house cleaning. The bathroom that she cleaned completely and the partial cleaning of a second bathroom was excellent. This was our first experience with outside cleaners. Perhaps we expected too much.
