Although Dezah was very thorough and worked diligently throughout the 5hrs, she ran out of time to vacuum and dust. This will not prevent me from scheduling with her again, though. She’s new at this so I suspect her time management to improve over time.

she did very good job, would have been 5 stars but she broke a jar on the kitchen counter and didn't tell us about it. accidents happen would just like to have known. Will still use her again as accidents happen.

She asked for the next job without wasting any time and ensured that we were satisfied with her work. She took all our requests carefully and completed tasks to much of our approval.
