As an independent contractor, services are billed hourly rather than by task. Every home is unique, and some projects may require multiple visits. To make the best use of your booked time, please communicate your priority areas before or at the beginning of your appointment, or include them in your booking notes. I’m not a mind reader, so I can only complete the areas and tasks you’ve instructed me to focus on. Customer satisfaction is important to me. I take customer service seriously and encourage open communication throughout your appointment.
