I booked Kimberly services for a client of my recently injured my recent could not do the job however my client was not satisfied with her work she didn't like the way Kimberly cleaned her bathrooms but overall I feel like Kimberly did a good job but my client don't want to book her services again

She was 12min late, and seemed to take a while, but she has an eye for detail and went above and beyond. I have cancer and am undergoing treatment, and she seems to go above and beyond every visit so I can have a clean home. She put my laundry in the wash, she did my dishes, she took out my recycling. I only asked for bathrooms and floors to be done. She’s kind and thorough.

Makayla did an excellent job with our house. She was thorough and only missed a few small things that we'd just talk to her - or our next cleaner - about. Nothing deal-breaky-y. She was also very polite -- we made sure she knew we were working and would likely be on calls, but she made it a point to check with us before vacuuming since it's loud-ish. Would definitely have her back in our home.

Charea is hands down the best! I have been going through a hard time and having her come in has been a true blessing! I’ve gone through private parties to clean previous, and she does a better job than any of them ever did. She communicates well, asks questions, and goes above and beyond what I was expecting! Not completely happy with the cleaning. The floor was still dirty in numerous places. The stovetop was not cleaned. She went 3 hours over (billed for 8 hours) when the previous cleaners were done in just over 4 hours total.

What was so overwhelming for me is now such a breathe of fresh air and relief to come home to! It smells and looks Fantastic! My before and after pictures speak wonders. 110% recommend!!
