Skyla did a great job. Definitely five stars for punctuality, communication, courtesy, and work ethic. She did a miracle on the master bathroom shower, which had needed a good, deep cleaning. I'd rate four stars for attention to detail (she missed a few areas). I've already scheduled her again. :-)

Albertine is the BEST cleaner ever. Her attention to detail was so incredible. She communicated with me every step of the way from her arrival to her departure. She truly does clean as if it’s her home. I will be booking her as my permanent cleaner and you should too! Everyone deserves the Albertine experience!

Latosha is a hard worker, thorough cleaner and very pleasant, but she overlooked vacuuming the kitchen floor. She did ask me if I wanted anything else done, but I did not notice this until after she left so I did not say anything.

First time using this company. The appointment started late, but not a big deal since i was working from home. In the 3 hours our cleaner was here, she cleaned 3.5 bathrooms. I wish more would have been accomplished but my bathrooms were perfect. I was very impressed. Great attention to detail.
