April and her crew came and completely transformed my house in unbelievable timing they were very down to earth so I trusted them completely in my home and I’m so glad I did my house wasn’t even this clean when I moved in ! They saved me so much time and stress I honestly can’t thank them enough she was truly a pleasure and a blessing for me CANT wait to see them again!

Imani was very nice and promt and kept me in the loop. However, I saw the place 1/2 hour after she left. The trash had not been emtied at all from inside and the throw rugs had not been vacuumed or even shook out outside. Otherwise, it seems she did a great job!

There were a few things I was disappointed about: my kitchen sin k was not cleaned, kitcchen appliances were not wiped down. the top of backsplash in master bath had not been cleaned nor was the garage area in master bath cleaned. I thought these things would be part of general cleaning. Otherwise all was fine.

This was Shannon's first time with me. Her cleaning was good, but she seemed a little disorganized. Your software seems to have problems. Shannon told me that she only works evenings and weekends, but she was scheduled for 11 am today.
