She did most of what I asked her. very quick to do it all. most of my house was done in 3.5 hours which was nice. taking off one star because I observed later that the cleaning was not 5star thorough. but it was not bad at all. she did a lot of extras like wiping down windows and everything. my experience was good.

she thought I had canceled this appointment. I was told I had two appointments. I did not make two appointments. She lets me know when there’s any changes. A'Raina was courteous, pleasant, friendly but not too chatty, helpful (noticed my ice cream from the store wasn't put in he freezer) and cleaned my whole main floor plus more in the allotted time. I'd use her again!

The floors were cleaned well. I had hoped she’d wipe down the windowsills and do whatever else she saw needing cleaning. She arrived at 4:30 and left at 6:45. So she didn’t clean for 3 hours. I guess if we continue a monthly clean she should only come for 2 hours? I have a house keeper at the home I reside in and there is no tip necessary I’d rather just pay a monthly fee.
