He pulled into my driveway and I was upstairs. I hurried down the stairs as fast as I could. I am disabled after all! I went outside to tell him that I was indeed home and to come in. It was 12:03 when I went inside and waited for him to come him to come in. I smelled the smell of smell of marijuana coming from his Vehicle. I was inside my house when he drove away.

Nike is phenomenal! Works hard and takes pride in her tasks. She is my fourth Cleaner, and has outdone all of the previous cleaners. Nike also took the time to get the floors very clean, instead of just running a mop over them. Only hope I am fortunate to stay on her schedule! THE BEST! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Overall a good job. He was pleasant and focused on the job. He encouraged me to review his work for any items that did not meet expectations. He did not have a proper vacuum for carpeted areas. A swifer or similar device would be beneficial for hardwood and laminate floor area as well. Missed cleaning a section of the dining area that was not noticed until he left.

She is very self conscious about her cleaning and made sure I approved. She had me inspect every room and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

Tia was very thorough and has a lot of professional cleaning experience. I would definitely hire her again!

On ;his last cleaning, he picked up a sock in my sweeper and we thought it was finished. However, the worst part was he didn't tell me. Also, he is consistently late. 1 t0 2 hours. I thought the cleaners brought their own equipment? Sorry to be negative, but the sweeper could have been ruined and it is expensive.
