Elsa is the best cleaner I have ever had. She works HARD. She took off her gloves and her hands were sweating. My apartment was a mess and when she left my apartment was beautiful. She did a good job and was very thorough with the locations I told her were focal points (cleaning the oven, fridge and bathroom). There were some spots that I had to tidy a bit myself (kitchen counter wasn't really cleaned so I had to wipe down myself). Overall really good though!
