More and more Loretta impresses me as she takes the extra time to tidy up areas that I wouldn't expect any house cleaner to bother with (like messy kid crafting tables or piles of toys). My kids can't wait to get home to see how she's setup their stuffed animals, and I appreciate the little details that I notice even days after she's here.

Overall he did a good job, admittedly our house was long overdue to be cleaned. It wasn't perfect but I am happy with his work. I like that I was able to pay for the extra window cleaning and baseboard cleaning which typically is not an option with cleaning services I have used in the past. Looking forward to seeing him again in a few weeks.
