Tiffani stayed only for 2.5 hours today, although I paid for a full 3 hours. She has been much more thorough in the past. Maybe the extreme weather was a factor.

His work was excellent, but he didn't know there was a 3-hour minimum, so I ended up paying for an hour more than he worked--not his fault, I just didn't have enough for him to do.

I have never seen a more impeccable apartment after someone cleaned. Douglas did an amazing job cleaning every inch and went above and beyond. Although he was late, it was not his fault, he was just clearly doing as good of a detailed job at the previous person’s who underestimated the job they needed done. He was a great communicator too. I was right with him while cleaning moving things and prepping water for mopping( between wood floors and tile/ marble). He was patient and took time ( not too slow) and managed to clean most areas of my home. vaccuumed, mopped, cleaned 2 1/2 baths and the most important kitchen. Thanks Jose.
