I don't know who can see this, but HomeAglow is not responding to my communications. Also, Homeaglow charged me for a cleaning that I Never got. I have to cancel due to this company not upholding to giving me services as per agreement. Homeaglow do not charge me cancelation fees. I have to check a box below although, I am cancelling so that this is entered to Homeaglow.

Aliana was meticulous and outstanding in responding to my request and needs. I have hired many people over the years, both in business and for personal attention to my home. She is one of the best listeners with a work ethic that was clearly apparent. I wish I had found her sooner

It was Alejandra who came, NOT Mayra! She did mostly a good job. I’m ok with having her come again. If I were to use your service again, you need to equip your cleaners with a better vacuum cleaner. One that would clean carpet with attachment for floors! Also, cleaner for laminate floors. Thank you PS. I tipped Alejandra before she left.

Wonderful job. Unexpected local road closure limited what she was able to do (she had to park too far to easily bring cleaning equip. & vacuum). All she was able to do was take my garbage & recycles out, which is most of what I had wanted anyway.

Excellent cleaning but the billing for this service was completely screwed up! not sure where the error comes from but homeaglow does nothing to help fix mistakes.

Terrible. She came with 2 others and said the work listed was too much to do although the woman (Louvre) did his all by herself last time. Marveli said is was too much and left. I called her again a few minutes later and she said she was close to home and wouldn’t come back. Terrible lack of service. 3 baths and floors too much? Ridiculous. Same as last time with only one person.
