Rosa was excellent! the house feels wonderful and so much lighter. My Mom & Uncle feel much better.

Good job and nice ladies however some areas needed more dusting and cleaning. Floors could have been done better.

She was pleasant and courteous and cleaned well. There was a very strong smell of carpet powder left behind which is affecting my breathing, kindly don’t use next time. I will use her again

Dakota is very gentle and kind. It was a pleasure meeting her. Some of the shelves in the living room and in the primary room, still have dust and under the sofas it’s not cleaned, having a cat in the house it’s challenging but the cleaning must be improved for the future.

Sara lives too far from my home..She has no car and the bus schedule is not convenient for either of us. She did a good job, but her time mnagement was poor. she was not able to complete what I requested because she spent too much time on less important things.

Terrible. She came with 2 others and said the work listed was too much to do although the woman (Louvre) did his all by herself last time. Marveli said is was too much and left. I called her again a few minutes later and she said she was close to home and wouldn’t come back. Terrible lack of service. 3 baths and floors too much? Ridiculous. Same as last time with only one person.

The woman showed up in my home stood at the front door with dilapidated cleaning equipment. Got on telephone and I told her to go. She has attempted to charge me under a lock out. I am disputing the charge , basically she sucked

Thank you, but Some stuff I had to clean myself, even tho I have mentioned the most important parts of what I want in description and said it again upon arrival… + had to ask to clean twice things. It doesn’t work. Overall she is nice. But I wouldn’t book again with this agency you never know what you get last minute. Gonna stick to people I used before for sure

Amber was very pleasant & didn’t need 6 hours to clean my home. My bathroom mirror, pictures on the walls & shower doors were left with a cloudy film on them. We had to reclean those areas. She probably used the same cloth or product that was used on the counter. Also, my bedroom furniture had streaks on the wood. I feel bad complaining.
