Ana has been the perfect cleaner, until today. She may be the victim of Daylight Saving Time. She arrived about 1:40 and left at 3:30ish. That is only 2 hours. The work was fine and complete enough, but I was charged for 3 hours. She was only here for 2 hours. I would appreciate at refund for the 3rd hour.

Ana was great! She was very thorough, friendly, & quick. She was also on time for the appointment which I really appreciate. will definitely book with her again!

I was disappointed in the fact I believed there would be more than a single individual doing the work and I wouldn’t have to supply my own cleaning supplies? The work was not complete because Frederick ran out of time, so the kitchen and floors were not finished. He did a fabulous job, but if it’s not done it leaves me to finish the job
