Ana has been the perfect cleaner, until today. She may be the victim of Daylight Saving Time. She arrived about 1:40 and left at 3:30ish. That is only 2 hours. The work was fine and complete enough, but I was charged for 3 hours. She was only here for 2 hours. I would appreciate at refund for the 3rd hour.

I can say OH MY LORD!!!!! this house I came back to looks absolutely stunning she even washed my dishes as well like I hope I get her again when I need a clean like it smells so fresh and vibrant and just all around amazing experience thank you durley sooooo much 🥹🥹🥹🥹

the only suggestion I have is to change to a clean cloth when you go to clean kitchen. I had dog hair all over my appliances. I had to clean all of them. they were nice and thorough.

Missed her appt due to car trouble and rescheduled which i understood. Left an hour early which i was not aware of at the time. Did not show up for scheduled appt and did not notify me. Will not reschedule.
