Although, I am having a card issue with billing, which has nothing to do with her stellar performance. I would highly recommend Sheila even though I may have to cancel my membership due to card issues.

She did a good job but she didn't follow directions. I would preferred that she had done it the way I told her to do it than the way that she chose to do it. I told her to take everything out of the bathroom and then clean the floor.

I was SO grateful for Joyella's help on a Sunday after some frustrations with scheduling over 3 days. My appointment got changed and then cancelled and I had a baby shower coming up. She stepped in on short notice and I barely had to guide her at all (I was busy setting up for the shower). She had to work around family that was helping me and was so lovely to us.
