Cleaning was mostly good. She was flexible and friendly. Communication was a little difficult because I did not speak Spanish well and her communication device was a little tricky.

Kimberly has excellent attention to detail and stays very focused on the tasks at hand. Although the four hours weren’t enough for a full house cleaning, my mistake, everything she completed was very well done. I would definitely book her again, but she isn’t available on the days I need the cleaning.

The question if I would request her again would be I'm okay with Ceneca or a different cleaner only because to me she set the bar I would like a comparison. Latoya is amazing! she worked wonders in our home without much time to do it. Due to our pressing schedules our home had been neglected for months and Latoya took 4 hours and made our home up to acceptable! she was invited back and hopefully she will be able to fit us in.

I found a few areas that should have been better. Shoe bench not wiped off dirt on top, kitchen trash not emptied, 2 areas in corners of one bathroom dirty, obvious streaks all over front of microwave..other than that everything looked great. Next time.
