Randy was kind and did a good job with general cleaning. However, I had requested a deep cleaning, and most of the work was surface cleaning only. Also, for personal and religious reasons, I prefer female cleaners only. Please do not assign male cleaners to my home in the future. Thank you.

Theresca was very pleasant and professional. She did a nice job overall and was easy to communicate with. I think a little more attention to sweeping before mopping and small finishing details, like making sure the mirror is streak-free, would make the service even better, but I appreciated her positive attitude and effort.

the kitchen, living room, and bathroom were nicely cleaned. the floor in the laundry room off the entry was not cleaned.

on time, through, kind, came prepared and finished before 3 hrs. finally a cleaner who does good work for reasonable fee.

some things were not as through as I would have liked. especially with dusting. communication was difficult. she only stayed 2.5 hours for a 3 hour cleaning and there was enough to do to warrant 3 hours. She is very sweet, polite and eager to please and I am totally happy to continue to work with her in the future, however I hope I get the full 3 hours next time
