Karla cleaned my home very well! She provided a thorough cleaning in each room (4 bedroom 2 1/2 baths) however, after the tour she stated that my house was already clean, neat & that it wouldn’t take 3 hrs probably 2 - 2 1/2. Instead, she cleaned & billed for 4 1/2 hrs :-/ I don’t like it when you’re expecting to pay one fee but instead are charged another (higher) fee :-/

My kitchen was totally spotless. All my carpets and hardwoods were very clean. She got all the water stains off my shower door. Didn’t look like she cleaned my basement, and I wish the floor of my shower could have gotten a bit cleaner. Appreciated her awareness of using softer chemicals as I have pets and kids!

First cleaning with Derrick, we really appreciated his professionalism and were overall satisfied with his work. He communicated clearly on what can be done in the 3hr time frame and got most of it done. Only 1 miss was the stove top but it could be an honest mistake so I'm overlooking.
