Crystal is a very sweet spirited woman. She came in with a warm personality, talked with my husband and I, and got to work! She helped me understand some basics about Homeglow, and I was sure I knew I wanted to have her back again.

She did a good job! Just missed a couple of things. I hate that drive time is counted in my cleaning time! But would love for her to clean again!!

I felt like this last time was a rush job. Not everything was cleaned. She overcharged by 1/2 hour. I chose not to say or do anything as it may be an honest mistake. Some things are done very well it’s just not consistent.

Today Cedric cleaned our floors (both mopped and vacuumed) which was our priority. He ran out of some cleaning suppplies which we provided him and he finished cleaning the showers, bathrooms and toilets.

Patricia arrived a little early and started to work after we walked thru the house. She had to take a phone call due to an emergency with her pet. She asked for a few details. It is important to give details about how you want tasks done, i.e., move items to dust and replace. I think I will use a check list in the future. I am satisfied with the job she did.

Alexis is an excellent cleaner. However, today, she mapped the floors with some unbearable product that left the house with an awful OLID smell. I have been spraying perfume air freshener in spray and using some Glade plugged ones, and that AWFUL torrent smell is still tormenting me.

Everything that was asked for done perfectly. Even items that had no identifying place to call home, were organized with other miscellaneous items in an intuitive way. Floors looked great, kitchen shined, and my bedroom littered with clothes and other random stuff looks amazing.

Absolutely loved working with Dezaree! She and her husband were great to work with. Very accommodating, worked well around the craziness of everyone home while they were cleaning. I did notice many small details were missed, however, given the chaos she walked into she did an amazing job! Next time I plan to have a clear plan laid out. Latoya did a nice job cleaning our home. I was disappointed that she arrived 4 hours late and left an hour early. She did respond to my text when I inquired about her lateness after I waited for three hours.

Latoya was fantastic! I’m a busy working mama and going back to school…she came in and helped to give me a sense of peace again, knocking out several things I’ve been putting off. So appreciative of her going above and beyond! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!

While she had car trouble she did show up and clean the house. She stay a little extra, and worked hard to clean our messy house.

Toya is very kind, polite and knowledgeable. She did a great job and listened to what I needed done and did what she could in the time allotted. If possible, It would be nice to have a conversation ahead of time with the assigned cleaner for a scheduled cleaning date ahead of time to go over the customers needs beforehand so the maximum time spent actually cleaning is best utilized. Lisa did another amazing job. I was however surprised that Homeaglow charges a 15% processing fee for credit cards. What other option is there to avoid this fee? Can I use my debit card or write a check? Please let me know at your earliest opportunity. Thanks you.

She came half an hour late but and then had to leave to pick her siblings up from school. She said I could have that time credited. Rather than that, let's let her have the whole amount for her work and it will be her tip rather trying to add that time to the next time. She is very sweet. I LOVE Lisa. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she is up for anything I may need done, even if it changes from week to week. Ex: folding laundry one week, and changing sheets the next. This is super important for me, as I have multiple chronic illnesses and never know what I will be able to do during the week.

She is just the best! Had her do my regular cleaning - she whipped thru that and was still thorough. I then had her reorganize a couple of cupboards so I can get to most used items. I am currently unable to do hardly anything as I need hip replacements. She still stayed within our timeframe and now I'll be able to reach things I need. She is truly a blessing to me!
