One of the best cleaning experiences. Lucas went above and beyond -- he even shoveled my driveway, which was a huge help for a tropical transplant like me in this bitter cold. He had all sorts of contraptions for cleaning and he left my place much cleaner than it was. He's also a personable, queer-friendly individual which was important to me. Thank you, Lucas

This is the first Melissa has worked with us and her work was quite strong and satisfactory. She was some 45 minutes late for the 9am appointment, but did stay in contact. I would like to change the day to be on Tuesdays at 9am if that is possible with Melissa.

She did a very good job. She was friendly and did everything I asked. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is it was scheduled for 11am, she was running behind and pushed it to noon. Then still was 5 minutes late. Once she arrived she did get right to work and did the full 3 hours. I would want her back in the future and if she is on time I would then say 5 stars.
