I do an initial walkthrough at the beginning of your appointment so we can discuss your priorities and concerns. I will also assess your home and give you a clear picture of what I believe can be accomplished in the time allowed so there are no surprises. At the end of the appointment, if you are available, I will walk the home again with you to explain what was accomplished and answer any questions you may have.
