had a great experience with Gillian! Communication was excellent—she let me know ahead of time that she’d be slightly late due to a quick stop, which I really appreciated. She did a fantastic job managing her time and was able to clean our kitchen, bathroom, and living room thoroughly within the three-hour window. Everything looks and feels so much fresher! She arrived on time. Gillian did a fantastic cleaning job. As a non-smoker, I could smell/ tell that she smoked prior to arriving at my home, however, it didn’t impede the quality of her work.

She is nice and very prepared with her own product. I was surprised to see that for the first time. I think she over cleans and that takes which takes time from finishing the whole task at hand. I suggest more experience on time management but she is passionate and sincere in doing her Job. I give Ashly a 9 out of 10
