Tyisha did an incredible job as well was so incredibly present. she communicated me as to her arrival time which I found very helpful. She also helped solve the mystery of how to get the shower tiles clean! I recommend her highly.

Dhennefe’s team was 2.5 hours late. she said she was running late but never said how late. she and her team did a great job cleaning with the exception of the omission of the cabinets that I requested be cleaned. I’m guessing they weren’t cleaned because she was late and didn’t have time. other than that they did a great job.

She was diligent while cleaning all areas in my house. I would have given Amy 5 stars but her tardiness was an issue. I understand that delays happen but it's important to communicate as a courtesy in a timely manner so I can adjust my schedule or reschedule for a different date.
